What should I do with these keyword suggestions?

Once you start receiving suggestions, move the ones you want to keep to your ToDo list. Then use them to add quality content to your site. If you have a blog, use the suggestions as your writing topics. If you don't have a blog, you can create new pages using these topics or incorporate them into existing pages on your site.
